Enrolments for Years 11 and 12 students studying units in ATAR, General, Foundation, Preliminary and VET industry specific courses in 2026 must be uploaded to the Student Information Records System (SIRS) by Thursday, 26 February 2026.

The Data Procedures Manual 2026 available at https://www.scsa.wa.edu.au/publications/data-procedures-manual provides a step‑by‑step guide to SIRS for School Administrators. The manual is available as a full document or in sections for ease of navigation.

Sections relevant to enrolments, extracting course enrolment data, and uploading and verifying enrolments in SIRS are:

• Section 6 – Enrolments
• Section 13 – Reports
• Section 15 – Database programs.
