The Authority may provide data which supports research that is connected with promoting student achievement and wellbeing, or understanding outcomes connected with student achievement or wellbeing. In support of this aim, the Authority may disclose information to approved applicants that correspond to the fields outlined in section 33(3) of the School Curriculum and Standards Authority Amendment Regulations 2020 and must be in relation to either or both of the purposes defined under the School Curriculum and Standards Authority Act 1997 (as amended in 2017).
