A Year 12 student can only enrol in the Year 12 ATAR EAL/D course if they have their eligibility declaration endorsed by their school principal.

Students must complete an online ATAR EAL/D eligibility declaration via the student portal (https://studentportal.scsa.wa.edu.au/home), with their supporting documents, by the deadline published in the Activities Schedule. A student’s EAL/D eligibility status is determined by their school principal and must be finalised by the Year 12 enrolment deadline.

Schools must endorse these online ATAR EAL/D eligibility declarations via the Student Records Management System (SRMS) (https://srms.scsa.wa.edu.au/).
