Schools must upload achievements for courses and/or units for Years 11 and 12 students enrolled in semester courses who have transferred schools between Terms 2 and 3.

This data must be uploaded to the Student Information Records System (SIRS) by Friday, 24 July 2026.

Failure to upload student achievement data for Semester 1 may affect a student’s ability to meet all the requirements to achieve the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) in Year 12.

Details on the process for uploading achievement data into SIRS are available in Section 11 of the Data Procedures Manual 2026 at https://scsa.wa.edu.au/publications/data-procedures-manual.

Note: this data upload is optional for Years 11 and 12 students who are continuing their enrolments at the same school.
