The School Curriculum and Standards Authority (the Authority) will be offering information sessions for the new Dance ATAR Year 12 syllabus to be implemented from 2026.

Teachers are invited to attend an information session to:

• identify the main changes between the current and the new syllabus
• learn about the new examination material
• unpack the sample support materials provided by the Authority
• ask clarifying questions.

The information sessions are free to attend. The dates for the events are:

• Tuesday, 28 October: In-person from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm at Telethon Speech and Hearing, 36 Dodd Street Wembley 6014
• Thursday, 30 October: Online from 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm.

The Authority will use Webex as the delivery platform for the online information session. Registrants will need to download the application prior to the information meeting to participate.
