A list of possible texts to support the teaching of Years 7–10 English is available on the School Curriculum and Standards Authority website.

The list includes examples of texts that teachers may use as a starting point when selecting texts that align to the content of the Western Australian curriculum: English.

The list is not mandated, and schools should review texts before using them in their classroom to make choices regarding their appropriateness and to ensure they cater to the needs of their students.
