The School Curriculum and Standards Authority (the Authority) is offering an in‑person professional learning workshop in Term 4, 2026 to support schools implementing the Arabic ATAR course Year 11 and Year 12 syllabus for teaching in Year 12 from 2027.

The workshop will focus on developing a shared understanding of the teaching and assessment requirements for Year 12 in 2027.

The workshop will be held from 12.00–3.30 pm on Wednesday, 2 December 2026 at the Authority’s Cannington office, Level 2, 303 Sevenoaks Street, Cannington 6107.

This workshop is not compulsory and is free to attend. Schools are responsible for any costs incurred (for example, teacher relief) as a result of attendance at this workshop.
