The School Curriculum and Standards Authority (the Authority) seeks to ensure that schools offering the Year 12 ATAR Physical Education Studies (PES) course in 2025 have entered and/or updated staff information to the position of ‘Year 12 Physical Education Studies ATAR contact’ in SIRS. Schools are directed to subsection 2.5.1 of the Authority’s 2025 Data Procedures Manual relating to the update of staff information. Section 2 of the 2025 Data Procedures Manual can be found at https://www.scsa.wa.edu.au/publications/data-procedures-manual.

It is important that this is completed as soon as possible to ensure that all communications regarding the Year 12 ATAR PES school-based practical external assessment are directed to the appropriate person in the school.
