She won the VET exhibition in her industry area and was also offered an apprenticeship for undertaking a Certificate III by a big mining company. She is all set for an exciting career.
Lauren loves engaging with young kids and contribute to their learning. She undertook a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care while still at school. She wants to work in this sector and see children’s development and learning firsthand as they grow and flourish under her care. Lauren sees VET as a great opportunity to gain understanding and knowledge in this sector and wants to pursue further education in VET and at university. She has plans to start her own child care centre one day to give children a valuable start in life to a good education and helping them to develop their social skills in a safe and a caring environment.
