Teachers and stakeholders of the Japanese: Second Language ATAR course are invited to register for a Years 11 and 12 Japanese: Second Language ATAR syllabus review information session.

In March 2023, the Board of the School Curriculum and Standards Authority agreed that the Years 11 and 12 Japanese: Second Language ATAR syllabuses would be reviewed. The next step of the review process is the public consultation of the draft revised syllabuses.

The information session will focus on:

• an overview of the review process
• the main changes between the current and the draft revised syllabuses
• the process for providing feedback through the online survey.

Following the information session, attendees will be emailed a link to the draft revised syllabuses and encouraged to provide informed feedback on the draft documents.
